Mr. Geary Davis age 55, of Dalton, GA, departed this life Sunday July 24, 2016. Geary was born October 16, 1960 in Dalton, Georgia. He was preceded in death by his father, Jay Lee Davis and a brother, Tony Woods.

He is survived by his parents, Lois and Ronnie S. Woods; brother, Timmy Woods; sister, Lorie Bryson; nephews and niece, Wesley Woods, Justin Woods, Anthony and Amanda Davis; great nephew, Drake Davis; sister-in-law, Marlene Woods; aunts and uncle, Jewell Smith all of Dalton, GA, Betty and Coy Weaver of Tracy City, TN, Josey Wilson of Nicholsville, GA.

Services for Mr. Geary Davis will be held Wednesday morning, July 27, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Neal Hasty officiating. He will be laid to rest at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon, July 27, 2016 at the Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church Cemetery in Gilmer County, Georgia, with Anthony Davis, Drake Davis, Big Timmy Davis, Little Timmy Davis, John Holiday, and Jacob Elrod serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday.
