Mrs. Gearldean Calvillo, age 83, of Rossville, Georgia, departed this life February 18, 2024, at Parkridge Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She was born March 8, 1940 a daughter of the late Oscar Lee and Vadie Idosha Bowman. She was also preceded in death by her husband Rudolph "Rudy" Calvillo, son, Tony Sepulveda, sisters, Feddie Meachum, Yvonne Brisson, brothers, Oscar Bowman, Jessie Bowman, Lawrence Bowman.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Katherine Sepulveda of Michigan; grandchildren, John Sepulveda, Kimberly Chartier; two great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Gearldean Calvillo will be held Saturday February 24, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Johnny Carnes officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Interment will follow in the Brock Cemetery at Pine Grove Baptist Church.
