Mrs. Frankie Lucille Anderson Lindsey, age 77, of Dalton, Georgia, peacefully passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at Ridgewood Manor Nursing Facility.
Frankie was born on December 20, 1947, in Walker County, Georgia, Frankie was the cherished daughter of the late Bud Anderson and Pauline Fowler Ball. She was also preceded in death by her beloved husband of 54 years, Jerry Lee Lindsey, with whom she shared a lifetime of love. Their love story was one of devotion and unwavering companionship. She was also preceded in death by her half-sister, Shirley Wiley, and half-brothers, Mike Ball and David Ball.
Frankie's greatest joy in life was her family. She was a devoted mother to her sons and daughter-in-law, Jerry Dewayne Lindsey, John Scott Lindsey and Angie Raburn, all of Dalton, GA; and her daughters, Cynthia Garner of Cartersville, GA, and Lisa Lindsey of Dalton, GA. She adored her sister, Jenny and Richard Williams of Ringgold, GA; half-sister, Shelia Gilreath of Lafayette, GA.
Her love and kindness will live on through her grandchildren: Jason and Caitlin Lindsey, Taylor Gutierrez, Ashley and Caleb Martin, Kara and Adam Thornton, Heather Gowens and Joel Rowe, and Tyler Scott Lindsey; and her cherished great-grandchildren: Violet Gutierrez, Bella Gutierrez, Judah Martin, Lennox Martin, Charlie Martin, Gray Bearden, Asher Scott Lindsey, Elliott Thornton, and Mac Thornton. She is also survived by several half-brothers, half-sisters, nieces, and nephews who were dear to her heart.
Frankie was a woman who radiated warmth, kindness, and unconditional love. She dedicated her life to her family, filling their lives with laughter, wisdom, and a sense of belonging that will never fade.
The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
