Mr. Frank J. Seay age 82, of Dalton, Georgia departed this life Monday, November 28, 2022 at the local hospital.

Frank was born July 28, 1940 in Dalton, Georgia, a son of the late Roy and Victoria Rankin Seay, Sr.  He was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Keith Seay, his sisters, Opal Chubb, Pearl Chubb and Joann Thompson, and brothers, Willard Seay and Roy Seay, Jr.

Frank proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.  He was self-employed as a plumber, electrician and poultry farmer.  He was a member and a deacon at Midway Baptist Church.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Mitchell Farmer; sons and daughters-in-law, Jeffery and Rebecca Seay, and Adam and Sheila Seay; grandchildren, Mark and Katie Farmer, Coy Seay, Elizabeth Seay, Nate Seay and Katie Seay; great grandchildren, Lane Farmer, Lillie Farmer and Ellie Farmer; sisters, Martha Westbury, Francis Nealey and Margaret Beckham; several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Frank Judson Seay will be held Friday, December 2, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Noon at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Tim Cheathem officiating. He will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife at the Tilton Community Cemetery with Jeff Seay, Adam Seay, Coy Seay, Nate Seay, Mark Farmer and Lane Farmer honored to serve as pallbearers.  Military honors will be provided by the Dalton American Legion Post #112.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel after 10:30 a.m. Friday morning until the service hour.
