Mrs. Frances Reed, age 68 of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, September 17, 2017 at the local hospital. She was born September 4, 1949 in Talbotton, GA, a daughter of the late Frank and Clyde Wright. She was also preceded in death by thirteen brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Wayne Reed of the residence; her children, Harry and Ingeborg Hobbs of Cleveland, TN, Gerald and Brenda Hobbs of Valley, AL, Rebecca Wright of Farmington Hills, MI, Deana and Bobby Watson of Valley, AL, Brandon and Jennifer Reed of Bradley, SC, Marshal Reed of Ellijay, GA; thirteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday September 21, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Father Tim Nadolski officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Her grandsons will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers donation may be made to the Women's Enrichment Center, Dalton, GA.
