Mrs. Frances Jane Justice, age 67, of Cohutta, Georgia, departed this life Thursday evening, December 26, 2013 at the local hospital. She was born February 27, 1946 in Calhoun, Georgia, a daughter of the late William Henry and Elvie Lee Manning Durham. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Earl Edgar Justice and a brother, Kenneth Durham.

She is survived by her son and his fiance, James Serritt and Rebecca Overton of Cohutta, GA; grandchildren, Daniel Lee Serritt and Christina May Hollingsworth; brothers, Henry Lee Durham of Calhoun, GA, and Bobby E. Durham of Chatsworth, GA; sister, Mildred McRee of Adairsville, GA; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Frances Jane Justice will be held 11:00amTuesday morning, December 31, 2013 at Ponders Calhoun Chapel with Reverend Jimmy Timms officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery in Gordon County, Georgia. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until the service hour.
