Mrs. Frances Ensley age 62 of Ringgold, Georgia, departed this life Friday June 12, 2020 at the Hospice of Chattanooga. Frances was born October 27, 1957 in Dalton, Georgia, a daughter of the late John B. and Catherine Blaylock Shoemaker. She was also preceded in death by a sister-, Johnnie Cannon and a brothers-in-law, Ronnie Dyer and Roger Ensley.
Frances was retired from Mohawk Industries where she worked for over twenty-two years.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Ensley of the residence, and would have celebrated their forty-fifth wedding anniversary, August 18, 2020; daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and Eddie Riddell of Ringgold, GA, Jennifer and Stephen Robinette of Tunnel Hill, GA; grandchildren, Austin Savannah, Samantha, Will, Helen and Sydney; brothers and sisters-in-law, Earl and Maybell Shoemaker of Chatsworth, GA, Daniel and Jan Shoemaker of Cucamonga, CA, and James Shoemaker of Dalton, GA; sisters and brothers-in-law, Mildred and Billy Bailey of Rocky Face, GA, Mary and Kelly Painter of Chatsworth, GA, and Virginia Dyer of Dalton, GA; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Roger and Mary Ensley of Ringgold, GA; sister-in-law, Sally Ensley of Signal Mountain, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Frances Ensley will be held Monday, June 15, 2020 at 3:00 p.m. at Salem Baptist Church Cemetery, 1933 Keith Salem Rd, Ringgold, GA, 30730, with Reverend James Basler officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Austin Riddell, Eddie Riddell, Will Riddell, Lynn Dyer, Stephen Robinette, Mark Quarles and Brian Quarles serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Sunday.
