Mrs. Frances Lucille Bailey age 92, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Friday May 29, 2020 at the Regency Park. She was born May 28, 1928 in Dalton, GA, a daughter of the late P.P. and Cornelia Stansell Clement. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Bailey, brothers, Paul, Hugh and Melvin Clement, sisters, Sara Brock, Hilda Perkins, and twin sister, Florence Strickland Hammock. She was a graduate of Dalton High School.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Wendy Bailey of Dalton, GA; daughter, Patricia Devlin of Dalton, GA; sister-in-law, Peggy Bailey of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Ryan and Anna Devlin, Skylar Devlin, Matthew and Mallory Bailey, Erin and Thomas Trentham; great grandchildren, Lilly, Bailey, Sawyer, Sutton, Tucker; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday June 6, 2020 and a drive through visitation will be available on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Ponders Whitfield Memorial Gardens at the Celebration Mausoleum Pavilion, followed by a private family service. Those wishing to attend the visitation are asked to enter the circle drive to the mausoleum, pull around to under the pavilion where you may greet the family from your automobile.  This will maintain social distancing guidelines and provide a safe environment for visitors and the family.  Interment will follow in the West Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Five Springs Methodist Church or your favorite charity.

Due to the National health crisis, crowd restrictions will be implemented.
