Mrs. Evelyn Rose Weatherhead, age 72, of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, and formerly of
Lowville, New York, departed this life on April 20, 2025, at Memorial Hospital in
Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Evelyn was born February 19, 1953, in Lowville, New York. She was a 1972 graduate of Carthage Central High School. She was the daughter of the Jane Ann Peck and Clarence Howard Shultz. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Richard Dale "Dick" Weatherhead, her only daughter, Nicole S. Brown and a brother, Bruce Shultz.
Evelyn is survived by her grandsons, Zackary P. Brown, Trey J. Brown and Chase A.
Brown; son-in-law, Phil Brown all of Croghan, NY; sisters and brother-in-law, Julie and
Anthony Verne of Carthage, NY, and Kathy Cook of Snohomish, WA; brother, Clifford
Shultz of Syracuse, NY; special friends, Charlene and Jorge Munoz and their children,
Luis, Alysia, Maria and Jose "Angel" Munoz; several nieces and nephews.
Evelyn and Dick will be inurned in the Swinburne Cemetery in Deer River, New York.
