Eron Claude Smith, 49, of Calhoun, Georgia, departed this life Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at Gordon Hospital.

Eron was born on October 1, 1968 in Fairfield, California. He was a son of Syble Hall Smith and the late Frank Smith who passed away in September 2005.

He is survived by his mother, Syble Hall Smith; brothers and sister-in-law, Barry Smith, Hal and Donna Smith; nephew, Tyler Smith; nieces, Carly Smith and Kelly McCormack; great-nephew, Layton McCormack; great-niece, Presley Smith; special friends, Debra Smith, LeAnne Stennett, and Ginger Floyd all of Calhoun, Georgia.

At Eron's request he will be cremated and no formal services are planned at this time.
