Mr. Elbert A. Oliver, age 54 of Ringgold, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, October 20, 2013 at the local hospital. Elbert was born April 13, 1959 in Roswell, Georgia, a son of the late Elbert J. Oliver and Bee Carlo.

He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Lawrence and Lisa Dales of Tunnel Hill, GA; aunt, Pat Williams of Hogansville, GA.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
