Mrs. Edna Rachel Green, age 92, of Dalton, GA departed this life, Tuesday October 31, 2017. Edna was born February 10, 1925 in Dalton, GA, a daughter of the late James Madison and Florence Bray Jones. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hoyt L. Green, brothers, Sam and Johnnie Jones, sisters, Willie Smith, Nellie Dargan, Elsie Hood, Kitty Caldwell. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Ronald Green of Savannah, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Cynthia and Kevin Dulin of Memphis, TN; sister, Sarah Rogers of Kingston, GA; grandchildren, Cary Lane, Robin Whittenburg, Rachel Dulin; great grandchildren, Mallory Lane, Darby Lane, Greta Whittenburg, Carsten Whittenburg; nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Edna Rachel Green will be held Saturday November 11, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. from Calvary Baptist Church with Gordon Delashmitt officiating. Interment will follow in the Mineral Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Saturday November 11, 2017 at the funeral home.
