Mrs. Edna Boling Gibson age 80, of Chatsworth, Georgia, passed away Friday, August 29, 2014 at her residence. Edna was born June 8, 1934 in Chatsworth, Georgia a daughter of the late, Elmer William and Annie Lou Carroll Boling. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Gibson, brothers, Robert and Johnny Boling, sisters, Helen Vaughn, Aldean Timms, Kathleen Hughey.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Terry and Braun Pretorius of Boston, MA; brothers, William Boling, James Boling of Chatsworth, GA; several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Edna Boling Gibson will be held Wednesday, September 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. from Ponders Melrose Chapel with Allen Hughey officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the West Hill Cemetery with her nephews serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
