Ms. Donna Martin Trout, age 61, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at Pruitt Health Shepherd Hills in Lafayette, Georgia. She was born November 12, 1959 in Dalton, GA, a daughter of the late Eugene and Florence Lowery Martin. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Karen Curtis, son-in-law, Gerry Fisher.

She is survived by her daughter, Savannah Fisher: brother, Glenn Martin of Resaca, GA; sister, Shona Martin of Dalton, GA; grandchild, Florence Schisler; niece and nephews, Chris Curtis, Scott Curtis, Andrea Martin all of Dalton, GA, Heather Martin of Chatsworth, GA, Bailey Welch of Dalton, GA, Ryan Welch of Athens, GA; aunts and uncles, Vera and Leslie Chambers of Cohutta, GA, Roy and Cleo Lowery of Dalton, GA; several cousins.

Service to celebrate the life of Ms. Donna Martin Trout will be held Sunday June 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Pastor David Friend officiating. Interment will follow in the United Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Saturday.
