Ms. Donna Jean Pell Groves, age 73, of Rocky Face, Georgia, departed this life Wednesday, June 28, 2023 at Regency Park Health Care. She was born March 5, 1950 in Chattanooga, Tennessee, a daughter of the late Edker Roosevelt and Gladys Irene Crow Pell. She was preceded in death by her son Scott Thomas, sister, Clarice Irene Pell.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Candance Groves of Varnell, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Pamela and Todd Durham of Chattanooga, TN.

Service to celebrate the life of Ms. Donna Jean Pell Groves will be held Friday June 30, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Pastor Charlie Hamm officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
