Ms. Donna Mitchell, age 66, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Thursday evening, November 19, 2020 at the local hospital. She was born February 1, 1954 in Griffin, GA. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lavada Gray, sons, Richard Chappel, Jedediah Flood, brothers, Wayne Lyon, Gregory Lyon.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Tyler and Victoria Mitchell of Dalton, GA; daughter, Wanda Chappel of Newnan, GA; sisters, Nancy Henson of Sharpsburg, GA, Linda Conner of Franklin, GA; grandchildren, Jordan King, Natalie Antley, Arianna Dennard, Levi Barrow, Thomas Mitchell; great grandchild, Kalon Antley; nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
