Mrs. Dolly Mae Newmans, age 87, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at her home surrounded by his loving family. She was born October 22, 1937 in Valdosta, Georgia a daughter of the late Turner and Elizabeth Garrison Rigdon. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Godfrey, brothers Charles Rigdon, Curtis Rigdon.

She is survived by her son, William Newmans of Dalton, GA; brother, Conrad Rigdon, of Valdosta, GA; sisters, Margaret Broches, Betty Carter, Frances Weldon, Judith Espenozo, Sandra West all of Valdosta, GA.

At her request she will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.
