Mrs. Dixie Leona Locke England, age 86, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday evening, April 7, 2015 at the local hospital. Dixie was born November 6, 1928 in Benton, TN a daughter of the late Joseph and Nettie Shaheen Locke. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Johnny England, brother, David Locke, sister, Betty Staten.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Johnny Wilburn and Elsie England of Colorado Springs, CO; sisters, Ethleen Barnes, GA, Louise Lingerfelt of Atlanta, GA, Earline Neal of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Fankie and Karen England of Chatsworth, GA; great grandchild, Molly England.
At her request there will be no services held and she will be laid to rest beside her husband at West Hill Cemetery.
