Mrs. Diane Lynn Carpenter, age 70, of Calhoun, Georgia, departed this life Monday evening, October 19, 2020 at Gordon Hospital. She was born January 2, 1950 in California, a daughter of the late Carl William Chandler Sr. and Dorothy Mann Andrews. She was also preceded in death by her husband David Cecil Carpenter, brothers, Carl William Chandler Jr., Don Due.

She is survived by her daughter, Roni Bono; grandson, Logan Bono of Calhoun, GA; brothers, Roy and Sandra Chandler, Michael Due, Raymond Steelman of California; sisters, Charrie and Brad Nealy of Texas, Charlotte Sevley of California, Sandy and Mike Potter of Missouri, Brenda Chandler of South Carolina; nieces and nephews.

Memorial service will be held Saturday October 24, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. from the Bethesda Baptist Church in Calhoun, GA with Reverend Wesley Hunt officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
