Mrs. Della May McColgan, 78, of Chatsworth, GA, departed this life Friday evening, January 10, 2020 at Pruitt Healthcare in Fort Oglethorpe. Della was born March 1, 1941 in Syracuse, New York, she was the daughter of the late Harlow and Marian Wereley Guernesey. She was also preceded in death by her late husband James Andrew McColgan and her brother Douglas Guernesey.

Della is survived by her daughters Eileen (Reynaldo) Salazar Gomez of Chatsworth, GA, Ann McColgan  both of Manchester, NH;son, James Douglas McColgan also of Manchester, NH;grandchildren, Casey McColgan, Corey McColgan, Andriana Salazar, Leticia Salazar, Daniel ( Brittany ) Salazar, Reynaldo Manual Salazar; great-grandchildren; Hunter, Sean and Theodore; sister, Doreen Mesick of Missouri.
