Ms. Deborah Jean Malchesky, age 63, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday afternoon, December 5, 2023 at Erlanger Medical Center. She was born July 7, 1960 in Dalton, Georgia, a daughter of the late Ossie and Patricia Babb Montgomery.

She is survived by her children Leslie Rigsby of Calhoun, GA, Tate Lyles of Chatsworth, GA, Nik and Emileigh Malchesky of Rocky Face, GA; brothers and sister-in-law, Ryan and Sherry Montgomery of Cleveland, TN, Eric Montgomery of Dalton, GA; sister and brother-in-law, Kay and Mike Howard of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Garrett Rigsby, Jacob Rigsby, Maria Malchesky; nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Ms. Deborah Jean Malchesky will be held Monday December 11, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.
