Mr. David Allen Wells, age 51, of Cohutta, GA, departed this life Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at the local hospital. He was born May 3, 1970 in Atlanta, GA. He was a preceded in death by his father, David Glen Wells.

He is survived by his wife, Ginger Wells of the residence; daughters, Brooke Wells and Tyler McElrath of Chatsworth, GA, Layla Wells of Cohutta, GA; mother and stepfather, Patricia and Gary Cole of Dalton, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Blake and Shelly Wells of Dalton, GA.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.n. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday May 15, 2021. Interment will follow in the Cool Springs Baptist Church Cemetery.

Due to the national health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
