Mr. David Lee Weller, age 61, of Cohutta, GA, passed away Friday September 16, 2016 at his residence. David was born May 26, 1955 in Chattanooga, TN, the son of the late Henry and Mary Fuller Weller SR. He was also preceded in death by his brother Henry Weller Jr. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force.

He is survived by his brothers; Daniel Weller of Cohutta, GA, Jeffery Weller of FT. Oglethorpe. Sisters; Marry Ann Powers of Dalton, GA and Cindy Weller of Ft. Oglethorpe. David is also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. David Lee Weller will be held Monday September 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Brother George Cross officiating. Interment will follow in the United Memorial Gardens with family and friends serving as pall bearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Sunday.
