Mr. David Dewight Bagley, age 56, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life at his home, Saturday June 27, 2020. He was born April 13, 1964 at Moody Air Force Base in Valdosta, GA, a son of the late William Mitchell and Linda Chance Bagley. He was also preceded in death by his brother Dannon Bagley. He proudly served eight years in the United States Navy. After the Navy he spent over twenty years in law enforcement. He worked for Gordon County, Fairmount Police Department, Pickens County, Gilmer County, Ellijay Police Department and Dalton Police Department.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Cindy Owens Bagley of the residence; brother and sister-in-law, Darrell and Lisa Bagley of Chatsworth, GA; special pet Juno; several nieces and nephews.

At his request he will be cremated and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
