Mr. Danny Stanley of Olney, IL and formerly of Calhoun, GA passed away on Tuesday December 27, 2022 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Indiana. Danny was born January 11, 1965 in Calhoun, GA to Drinnen "Shorty" and Beulah Holland Stanley. He married Kathy Wright on November 18, 1996 in Ringgold, GA. Danny was a loving father and husband. He enjoyed classic rock music and being around his family and friends. Danny worked as the groundskeeper at Richland Country Club for 23 years. He enjoyed working at the country club and the friendships he made at the golf course. Danny was a jokester and loved to make people smile. Even the past three years of sickness he continued to put a smile on everyone's face.

Danny is survived by his wife, Kathy Stanley if Olney, IL; sons, Zackery Stanley of Olney, IL, Joshua Stanley of Calhoun, GA; mother, Beulah Stanley of Calhoun, GA; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews from Georgia and Illinois.

A memorial service will be held Saturday January 14, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the Ponders Calhoun Chapel with Sammy Oliver officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Saturday January 14, 2023.
