Mrs. Dana Jolene Locklear, age 45, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, departed this life Monday evening, December 30, 2013 at the Erlanger Medical Center. Dana was born September 21, 1968 in Atlanta, GA. She was preceded in death by her son Robert Barnes, mother, Judith J. Ronemous, brother, Eric Walker, grandparents, Rollie Walker Sr. and Vina Mae Walker, John and Carlene Blackburn.
She is survived by her father and stepmother, Rollie Walker Jr. and Diane Walker of Williamson, GA; sons, Christopher Walker of Stockbridge, GA, Brandon Barns of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Amber Barns of Canton, GA, sisters, Paula Coronado of Stockbridge, GA, Heather Martinez of Waco, TX; brothers, Bobby Pitts of Leeds, AL, David Pitts of Guntersville, AL; best friend, Steve Sierra of Chattanooga, TN; several nieces and nephews.
Memorial services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Dana Jolene Locklear will be held Thursday January 2, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend J.R. Holcomb officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Thursday.
