Mrs. Claudia Ann Rhodes age 83, of Dalton, GA departed this life Friday October 18, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 25, 1936 in High Springs, Florida, a daughter of the late Grover and Lina Register King. She was also preceded in death by her son Ricky Rhodes, brothers, Lamar King, Johnny King, sister, Addie Willis.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Tommy Rhodes of Chatsworth, GA, Bobby and Ruth Rhodes, Gary Rhodes of Dalton, GA; sisters, Nancy Kubit of Rochester, NY, Judy King of Dalton, GA, Rebecca Welch of Resaca, GA; grandchildren, Justine and Mark Wilmington, Nick and Fallon Rhodes, Nikki and Joe Harris; great grandchildren, Trey, Justin, Layla, Nadia; several nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Claudia Ann Rhodes will be held Tuesday October 22, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel. She will be laid to rest beside her son in the West Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday.
