Mrs. Claudette Reddin Millwood, age 70, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life, Thursday, January 20, 2022, at the AdventGordon Hospital in Calhoun, Georgia.

Claudette was born April 16, 1951, in Ellijay, Georgia, a daughter of the late Clarence Leon and Mary Marie Mullinax Reddin.  She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kayla Millwood, brother, James Arnold Reddin and sisters, Linda Benoit and Marie Tanner.

Claudette is survived by her loving husband of fifty-two years, Marcus Millwood of the residence; son and daughter-in-law, Darrell Lamar and Mary Millwood of Resaca, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Lisa McCoy and David Early of Canton, GA, Mary Lynn Millwood of Chatsworth, GA; grandchildren, Mark McCoy, Tony McCoy, Leighann Millwood and Justin Ward, Zachary and Kara Millwood, Britney Millwood and Damien Newman, Darrell "Little Man" Millwood, Donavan "Tiny" Millwood; great-grandchildren, Autumn McCoy, Anthony McCoy, Brantley Millwood, Dixie Ward, Ryder McCoy, Josh Otts, Kylie Millwood and Lili Newman; brothers, Marvin and Retha Reddin of Ball Ground, GA, Kenny and Connie Reddin of Waleska, GA, Raymond and Lisa Reddin of Canton, GA; sisters, Darlene Ivy of Chatsworth, GA, Michelle and Otis Anderson of Cartersville, GA; many nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Claudette Reddin Millwood will be held Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. Noon at Ponders Fairmount Chapel with Reverend Roy Morris officiating. She will be laid to rest at Cherokee Memorial Park in Canton, Georgia, with Kevin Reddin, Dewayne Reddin, Timothy Reddin, Jason Reddin, Jonathan Griffin and Damien Newman honored to serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Fairmount Chapel, 2566 Hwy 411, Fairmount, GA, 30139, from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday and after 9:00 a.m. Tuesday until the service hour.
