Mrs. Clara Jean Lay Carson, age 63, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the Hamilton Medical Center.
She was born May 22, 1952 in Ohio.
She is survived by her friends who considered her as their sister, Mary Turner, Jeffery Edwards, Howard Palmer, Kelly Purcell, Matthew Turner, Sherry McKinney, special aid, Mary, Kendel Turner, and Aiden Greene all of Dalton, GA
Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Clara Jean Lay Carson will be held Wednesday June 10, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Tim Bryson officiating. Interment will follow in the Colonial Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. They will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
