Mr. Christopher Cochran, age 60, of Adairsville, Georgia departed this life Sunday, August 18, 2024, at his residence. He was born June 9, 1964, in Dalton, Georgia, a son of the late Reverend Billy Joe and Prima Lee Cochran.
He is survived by his loving wife, Arlene Cochran of the residence; daughters and sons-in-laws, Lexie Cochran of Dalton, GA, Magan and Josh Green, Morgan and Kyle Hudson of Chatsworth, GA; grandchildren, Molleigh Mae Callahan, Marleigh, and Maddison Foster.
He was a dedicated teacher and coach for 30 years; He loved teaching and coaching kids. He was a long-time member of the Hellions Motorcycle Club in Resaca, Georgia. He loved his family, friends and all the kids he taught and coached over the years. He had an amazing spirit, and when in his presence, you could not help but smile when he walked into a room. Everyone that knew him loved him. Many lives will be forever changed and he will be missed tremendously by all.
To celebrate the life of Christopher Cochran the family will receive friends from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Saturday August 24, 2024, at the Ponders Calhoun Chapel.
In lieu of flowers the family request donation be made, in his name, to two organizations that were very important to him. These donations can be made at https://www.mountaintophomes.org/ and Shriner's Hospital Attention Robert Hampton 400 Ponce De Leon Ave NE Atlanta, GA 30308.
