Mrs. Christine Neal, age 84, of Dalton, GA, departed this life, December 26, 2015 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Christine was born February 12, 1931, the daughter of the late Elisha and Lucille Rankin Seay. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Elisha Seay Jr., Marvin Seay, David Seay, Frazier Seay, Fort Seay, sister, Ann Griffin. She attended Temple Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Willie Neal of the residence; sons and daughters-in-law, Paul and Teresa Neal, Terry and Connie Neal of Dalton, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and Jimmy Millsap of Ellijay, GA, Debra Rolen, Angie and Stoney Grant, Kim and James Burch all of Dalton, GA; sisters, Shelia Rolen of Calhoun, GA, Catherine Pangle of Dalton, GA, Juanita Gaither of Calhoun, GA; fourteen grandchildren, twenty nine great grandchildren, sixteen great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Christine Neal will be held Tuesday December 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Bret Yeager, Reverend Danny Goss, and Reverend Wayne Neal officiating. Interment will follow in the West Hill Cemetery with her grandchildren serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Monday.
