Mr. Christian Grant Walls, age 52, of Chatsworth, Georgia, gained his heavenly wings, Sunday, May 5, 2024, at the local hospital surrounded by his loving family.

Grant was born February 22, 1972, in Dalton, Georgia. He was a 1991 graduate of Murray County High School, and received his computer programing degree from Dalton State College.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Ann Walls, a sister, Jessica Faith Walls, grandmother, Willene Walls, mother-in-law, Linda Faye Groover, and father-in-law, Bryant Cline.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-one years, Jennifer Cline Walls; son, Jordan Chase Walls; daughter and son-in-law, Erika Ashton and Joe Upton; grandchildren, Angel Faith Quinton, James Edward "JJ" Quinton, Andrew Walls, Addilyn Walls, Noah Walls, and Christian Walls; father, Glenn S. Walls, Sr.; grandfather, Marion Samuel "Sam" Walls, Jr.; brothers, Zachary Seth Walls, I, and Glenn Sammy Walls, Jr.; aunts and uncles, Julie and Darrell Thomas, and Martha and Webster Newberry; niece, Breanna Alton; nephew, Zachary Seth Walls, Jr.; special friends, Rocky and Jennifer Tillman, Chris Padgett, and David "Heavy" Hyatt; many cousins.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Christian Grant Walls, will be held Wednesday, May 8, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Murray County, Georgia, with Reverend Ed Kilgore officiating. He will be laid to rest with his family at New Hope-Kilgore Cemetery with Jordan Walls, Rocky Tillman, Michael Perry, Robert Brown, Zachary Walls, Zach Wall, Jr., Sammy Walls and Chris Padgett honored to serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Tuesday.
