Mrs. Cheryl Trentham, age 64, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Thursday afternoon, April 25, 2024, at the local hospital. She was born September 23, 1959 in Baltimore, Maryland, a daughter of the late Louise Warner and William Reuschling. She was also preceded in death by her husband Bill Gene Trentham, sister Debbie Gunn.

She is survived by her daughter Grace Jackson; sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Ashley Trentham of Chatsworth, GA; Brian and Jennifer Reuschling of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Faith, Adalind, Shane, Levi, Hunter, Nevaeh, Erin, Kennedy, Eva, Lindsey and Dillon; great grandchildren, Alana, Ryker and Wrenley; brother, Robert Reuschling; sister, Pamela Klinger of Baltimore, MD; special nephews, Richard Lee, James Lee of Orlando, FL.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Cheryl Louise Trentham will be held Friday May 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Denny Smith officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at the Ponders Murray Memorial Gardens with Michael Trentham, Richard Lee, Dillon White, Shane Trentham, Ashford Dwight and Hunter Coots serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Thursday.
