Ms. Charlotte Diane Mulkey Long, age 64, of Adairsville, GA, departed this life, Saturday October 28, 2017 at Redmond Regional Medical Center. Charlotte was born July 18, 1953 in Calhoun, GA, the daughter of the late Ralph H. Mulkey and Evelyn C. Holtzclaw Mulkey. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Ralph Mulkey, Anthony Mulkey; sister, Beverly Mulkey. Charlotte loved to spend time with her family and read her bible.

Ms. Charlotte Diane Mulkey is survived by her sisters, Teresa (Jimmy) Smith of Calhoun, GA, Sharon (Bobby) Cook of Adairsville, GA; nieces and nephews, Russell Smith, Adam Cook, Brittany Whiting, Morgan Smith, Jordon Smith, Bentlee Smith, Keeghan Cook, Ryleigh Cook and William Whiting.

Service to celebrate the life of Ms. Charlotte Diane Mulkey Long will be held Wednesday November 1, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. from Ponders Calhoun Chapel with Reverend Gary Quarles officiating. Musical selection will be provided by Dale Stone and Eric Bohannon and he will share memories of Charlotte. Burial will follow at Chandler Cemetery with Adam Cook, Bobby Cook, Ken Bradley, Anthony Burnett, David Hall, Eric Bohannon and Morgan Shortnacy serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Tuesday October 31, 2017 at Ponders Calhoun Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made towards the funeral expenses.
