Mr. Charles Wayne Eastridge, age 61, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Thursday, May 5, 2016 at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Charles was born July 8, 1954 in Knox County, KY. He was the son of the late John and Bonnie Mays Eastridge . He was also predeceased by brothers; Cecil Eastridge and Richard Eastridge.

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Rachel Jordan Eastridge of the residence. Daughters and sons in law; Regina and Bobby Stover of Ellijay, GA, Elizabeth and Kevin Sullivan of Dalton, GA, son and fianc; Johnathan Eastridge and Amy Tallent of Dalton, GA. He has 4 grandchildren and is also survived by sisters and brothers in law; Thelma and Lonnie Honeycutt, Cecilia Mae Jordan all of KY and brother and sister in law; Jim and Ann Eastridge of Barbourville, KY. Special friends of the family John Lopez and Kenneth Meadows.

At the family's request services will be held at a later date.
