Carole Linda Fahrberger, age 67 of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Friday morning, January 27, 2017 at the local hospital surrounded by her loving family. Carole was born January 10, 1950 in Reno, Nevada, a daughter of the late William and Patricia Hill Posey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Louis Fahrberger, and her brother, Kenneth Posey. Carole worked at the Walnut Ave. Walmart for several years.

She is survived by her sons, Matthew Peterson, and Mark Fahrberger both of Dalton, GA; daughter, Corinna Gillespie of Dalton, GA, brother, Thomas Posey of Burbank, California, sister, Joan Lavios of Portland, Oregon; granddaughter, Madison McRae of Dalton, GA.

Family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel on Tuesday,
