Ms. Candance Tasha Sanford, age 54, of Candler, North Carolina and formerly of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Friday, March 5, 2021, at Erlanger Hospital. She was born July 16, 1966 in Calhoun, GA. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy J. Bedwell and son Seth Sanford.

She is survived by her mother, Diane Buckner of Pisgah Forest, NC; sons and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Jessica Long of Asheville, NC, Brandon Sanford of Candler, NC; sisters and brothers-in-law, Angie and Steve Carver of Candler, NC, Sharon Fields of Dalton, GA, Jacque and Ryan Buckner of Currie, NC; grandchildren, Carson Long, Jasper Armstrong, Lyric-Leigh Long; cousin and best friend, Lisa Tankersley of Dalton, GA; cousin and best friend, Daryl Bennett of Franklin, NC; two cats, Stripes and George; several nieces and nephew.

At her request she will be cremated and no services will be held at this time.

Due to the National health crisis and the Covid-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
