Mrs. Callie Ruth Marrow, age 72, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Friday, March 28, 2014 at the local hospital. Callie was born April 20, 1941 in Dalton, Georgia, a daughter of the late Gordon Lee and Opal Callie Cleary Albertson. She was also preceded in death by a brother, John A. Albertson.

She is survived by her husband, Paul R. Marrow and would have celebrated their forty-ninth wedding anniversary, July 24, 2014; brothers and sisters-in-law, Bennie and Alva Albertson, G.L. and Maxine Albertson, Peggy Albertson, Betty Plott, Marvine Albertson; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Fred and Ann Marrow and Florence Hensley; special nieces, Sharon Roberts and Debbie Derrebery; several other nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Callie Ruth Marrow will be held Monday, March 31, 2014 at 3:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel.She will be laid to rest at United Memorial Gardens with Rodney Plott, Eddie Albertson, Stafford Albertson, Greyson Roberts, Chuck Albertson and Chris Plott serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Sunday and after 12:00 noon Monday until the service hour.
