Billy Bob Wilson, age 67, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on May 30, 2026. He was the son of the late Ernest Jennings and Patsy Jean "Haby" Wilson.

In addition to his parents, Billy was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Katosha Woods, and his sister, Debbie Wilson

Billy was a godly man who dearly loved his Lord and Savior and never missed an opportunity to share his faith with others. He had a passion for music and especially enjoyed playing the drums. Known for his wonderful sense of humor, Billy loved making people laugh and bringing joy to those around him. He was gifted with his hands and could take something old and make it new again. He also enjoyed riding a unicycle and was known for his unique personality and adventurous spirit. He was a faithful member of the Caannon Land Church.

Billy is survived by his loving significant other, Brenda Sills of Calhoun, Georgia, whom he loved dearly; his son, Dustin Wilson of Calhoun, Georgia; his sister, Sandra Duncan of Calhoun, Georgia; his sister-in-law, Tina Massingale (Ronnie) of Dalton, Georgia; his grandchildren, Stella Wilson, Lily Wilson, Jayann Gravley, and Danni Gravley; nephew, Edward Cameron, and his special friends who were like family, Keisha Rolen and Jason Mitchell of Calhoun, Georgia.

Billy will be remembered for his unwavering faith, his love of music, his laughter, and the kindness he shared with everyone who knew him. His legacy of love, faith, and joy will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of Billy will be 3:00 P.M. Friday, June 5, 2026 from the Ponders Calhoun Chapel with Pastor Shay Satterfield officiating.

Interment will follow at Cove Cemetery with Dustin Wilson, Jason Mitchell, Pete Casey, Chris Ledford, Shawn Gibson, and Brian Johnson serving as pallbearers
