Mr. Billy Douglas Lee, age 78, of Dalton, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, May 15, 2025, at a local hospital. He was born March 19, 1947 in Nashville, Tennessee, son of the late Douglas and Aileen Lee. He was also preceded in death by his nephew Aaron Lee, brother-in-law Larry Stewart. He was a 1965 graduate of Valley Pointe High School. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Jan Lee of the residence; daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Ryan Webb of Dalton, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Delilah Lee of Resaca; Patty Stewart, Sherry Lee of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Griffin Webb, Sophie Webb; several nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mr. Billy Douglas Lee will be held Tuesday May 20, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. from the Bethlehem Baptist Church with Reverend Tim Sanford and Reverend Ryan Sanford officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery with the American Legion Post 112 in charge of Military Honors. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
