Mr. Billy James Hall Sr., 47, of Ringgold, GA., departed this life, Sunday October 16, 2016 at the Erlanger Medical Center. Billy was born November 15, 1968 in Longview, TX, a son of the late Jimmy Clyde Hall Sr. and Johnnie Shepard Lathrop.

He is survived by his sons, Billy James Hall Jr. of Longview, TX, Axel Hall, Jacob Hall of Gilmer, TX; daughter, Kimberly Hall of Ore City, TX; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jimmy and LouJean Hall, Gary and Samantha Hall of Ringgold, GA, Jessie and Sheila Hall of Ore City, TX; sister Jeannie Pepper of Longview, TX; nine grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

AT his request no services will be held at this time and he will be cremated.
