Mrs. Betty R. Bingham age 83, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, February 5, 2023 at Ridgewood Manor in Dalton, Georgia. Betty was born May 3, 1939 in Ranger, Georgia, a daughter of the late Henry and Thaley Cronan Pack. Betty was also preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Bingham, brothers, Bud Pack, Travis Pack, Jimmy Pack, Jerry Pack, sisters, Lois McCurdy, Beatrice Newman, brothers-in-law Bob Wilkins, Jack McCurdy, and Richard Newman.

Betty is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Don Welch of Dalton, GA; brother, Gary Pack of California; sisters and brother-in-law, Juanita Wilkins of Nevada, Helen and Emilio Castillo of California; sisters-in-law, Elma Pack of New Mexico, Nancy Pack, Frances Pack of Ranger, GA  grandchildren, Brian and Danee Paulk of Chatsworth, GA, Kyle and Kristy Paulk of Rocky Face, GA; great grandchildren, Austin, Josh, Sierra, Madison, Norah; great great grandchildren, Scarlett, Madeline; several nieces and nephews.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Betty R. Bingham will be Wednesday February 8, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. from the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Junior Smith, Reverend Chris Johnson and Brother Shane Bingham officiating. She will be laid to rest with her beloved husband in the New Hope-Kilgore Cemetery in Murray County, Georgia, with James Bingham, Mark Denison, Mitchell McCurdy, Michael McCurdy, Minner Johnson, and Shane Bingham honored to serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday and after 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday until the service hour.
