Mrs. Bertha Lee Cole, age 85, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Sunday, May 16, 2021 at Tanner Medical Center. She was born November 23, 1935 in Canton, GA, a daughter of the late Sanford Clayton and Margie Lee Mullinax. She was also preceded in death by her husband, AJ Cole, son, Danny Joe Cole, brother-in-law, James Crook. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church.

She is survived by her sister, Carol Crook of Carrollton, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Frances Mullinax of Fairmount, GA; grandson, Brandon and Heather Cole, Justin and Brianna Cole; great grandchildren, Caleb Cole, Austin Cole, Parker Cole all of Dalton, GA.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Bertha Lee Cole will be held Wednesday May 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. from the Temple Baptist Church with Pastor Bret Yaeger officiating. Interment will follow in the Oak Hills Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
