Mr. Arthur Delyn Wright, age 54, of Chatsworth, Georgia, departed this life Tuesday, April 28, 2026.

Arthur was born April 13, 1972, in Oneida, Tennessee, a son of the late Arthur Ervin and Brenda Gail Wright. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Maria Angeline Wright and a son, Brent Levi Wright.

He had a deep love for Tennessee football and fishing, and enjoyed life’s simple pleasures whether it was time on the porch or watching NASCAR. His greatest joy was always being with his family.

He is survived by his daughters, Shelly Wright (Kyle Dotson), and Kailey Wright; sons, Cody (Chloey) Wright, and Devon (Sam) Chitwood all of Chatsworth, GA; sister, Gina Wright of Oneida, TN; grandchildren, Jackson, Dylan Rose, Elizah, Avalon, Cayden, Dakota, Lorelai, Posey, Finn and Copper; several nieces and nephews.

Services to celebrate the life of Mr. Arthur Delyn Wright will be held Monday, May 4, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Rob Long officiating. He will be laid to rest at West Hill Cemetery, with his family and close friends, Cody Wright, Devon Chitwood, Zachary Wright, Jayden Harris, Justice Harris, and Jericho Harris serving as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Funeral Home after 1:00 p.m. Monday until the service hour.
