Mrs. Annie Mae Bright age 83 of Dalton, GA, departed this life Thursday September 12, 2019 at the local hospital. She was born April 18, 1936 in Dalton, GA, a daughter of thr late John and Mary Taylor Jackson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Vernon Eugene Bright, brother, JV Jackson, sister, Betty Jean Jackson, nephew, Roger Allen Masters.

She is survived by her son, Tony Bright; sister, Mary Elizabeth Masters; granddaughter, Brandi and Mick Beard; great grandchildren, Braxton, Britton, and Bailey Beard; nephew, Gerald Jones, niece, Cheryl Jones all of Dalton, GA.

Service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Annie Mae Bright will be held Monday September 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Donny Cantrell and Dr. Danny Cochran officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at the Harmony Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Sunday.
