Mrs. Angelina Ponce, 62, of Calhoun, Georgia, departed this life early Tuesday morning, December 10, 2019 at her son's home in the Newtown community with her loving family by her side.

Mrs. Ponce was born on November 28, 1957 in Queretaro, Mexico.  She was a daughter of the late Mauro and Efrosina Ponce.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Zenaido Perez who passed away in 2015.

She is survived by her son, Dago Perez Ponce of Calhoun; grandchildren, Jason Perez, JR. Perez, and Jazlyn Perez; sisters, Ernestina Ponce of Homestead, Florida, Elva Ponce and Odilia Ponce both of San Angelo, Texas; brothers, Mauro Ponce and Mayolu Ponce both of Homestead, Florida, Jovito Ponce and Gaspar Ponce both of Otates, Florida.

Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Angelina Ponce will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 12, 2019 at St. Clement's Catholic Church.

Mrs. Ponce will be laid to rest at Chandler Cemetery.

Mrs. Ponce's family will receive friends on Friday, December 13, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Ponders Calhoun Chapel.
