Ms. Angela Sue Hamill , age 58, of Cleveland, Tennessee, departed this life Tuesday afternoon, February 14, 2023, at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Susie was born June 16, 1964 in Knoxville, Tennessee.  She was a 1982 graduate of Southeast High School and was employed at Shaw Industries for over thirty years.

She was preceded in death by her father, Don David Johnson, her grandparents, Lawrence Mashburn, Beverly Nelson, G.W. Johnson and Cordie Johnson, and also an uncle, Junior Johnson.

She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Mashburn Johnson of Cleveland, TN; brother and sister-in-law, Ricky and Michelle Johnson of Cohutta, GA; sister, Tammy Findley of Cleveland, TN; niece and nephew, Danielle and Brandon Fritz; great nieces and great nephew, Aria Gravley, Avalyn Fritz and Cooper Fritz all of Dalton, GA; aunts and uncles, Barbara Singleton of Holly Ridge, NC, Josephine Ferguson of Walland, TN, Junior Mashburn of Tazewell, TN, Gerald Mashburn of Loudon, TN, Ronnie Mashburn of Oakridge, TN, and Danny Mashburn of Nashville, TN; several cousins also survive.

Services to celebrate the life of Ms. Angela Sue Hamill will be held Friday, February 17, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. Noon at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Denny Smith officiating. She will be laid to rest at United Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and after 10:00 a.m. Friday until the service hour.
