Mrs. Alice Mae Johnson, age 90, of Rocky Face, GA and formerly of Calhoun, GA, departed this life, Friday December 18, 2015 at her daughters home. Alice was born October 25, 1925 to the late Thomas Williams and Alice Courtney Williams in Peachtree, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband, T. C. Johnson; sisters, Ethel Powell, Jewell Powell, Nell Barnes; son-in-law, Michael Ralph Haley. Alice was a member of New Town Baptist Church and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Calhoun Chapter.

She is survived by her daughters, Peggy Janette Stoker of Jackson, AL, and Nancy Haley of Rocky Face, GA; brother, Sonny Williams of Pine Hill, AL; grandchildren, Bronda Brooks of Plainville, GA, and J. J. Stoker of St. Stephens, AL; great- grandchildren, Autumn Sutton, Austin Lang and Morgan Stoker; great- great grandson, Hunter Lang; special family, Charlotte Hollis, Rick Hollis, Bryan and Blake Hollis, Chris and Jilliam Hollis, Ralph and Ann Haley. The family would like to extend a thank you to Hamilton Hospice for their kindness and care.

The service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Alice Mae Johnson, will be held, Monday December 21, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from Ponders Calhoun Chapel, with Rev. Walter Hare officiating. Alice will be laid to rest at Gordon Memorial Cemetery in Calhoun, GA.

The family will receive friends, Sunday December 20, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
