Ms. Alexis Damaris Parsons, age 30 of Dalton, Georgia. Heaven gained an angel on Tuesday, January 25, 2022. She was born on May 8, 1991. She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Asbeury; great-grandmother, Ollie Parson, and Kash River McGill. She was employed with the Safe Return Project Agency. She was instrumental in helping others to obtain social justice. She also worked diligently with community organization programs.

She is survived by her loving mother, Kassell Asbeury; brothers, Michael Aaron Asbeury, Matthew Avery Asbeury, Christopher Asbeury; sister, Lauren Asbeury; grandfather, Kenneth Parsons; a host of other friends and extended family and her devoted bonus mom, Jacqueline Dawson.

Graveside service will be held Thursday, February 10, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. from Ponders Colonial Hills Memorial Park with Reverend Denny Smith officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday and from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday.
