Mrs. Ada Geneva Suggs Green, age 83, of Dalton, Georgia, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at the local hospital. Ada was born August 30, 1929 in Dalton, GA, a daughter of the late John H. and Minnie Hogan Suggs. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Loyd Raymond Green Sr., son, Phillip Rene Green, brothers, Neal Suggs, R.M. Suggs, L.V. Suggs, James Suggs, sisters, Ruby Ellis, Malvia Brown.

She is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law, Loyd Raymond Green Jr. and Teresa Lynn Green of Tennga, GA, Boyd Randall Green of Rocky Face, GA; sister, Vivian Jones of Dalton, GA; grandchildren Robin Denise Coates and Douglas Raymond Green.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Ada Geneva Green will be held Friday June 28, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Duane Smith officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband at the West Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Thursday.
